Idyllically located on Svinøya in Svolvær, you will find our spacious seahouses with beds for 8 people (4 bedrooms). Living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Perfect for a long weekend or holiday stay.

The Rorbuanlegget Svolvær Havn offers three different categories, with different degrees of high standard and price level. Our SEAHOUSES that have plenty of space, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. VILLA with sea view offers even more space, exclusive details and materials. The RESIDENCE offers pure luxury, including a private outdoor area, a separate cinema room and beds for up to 12 people. The facility also has an outdoor jacuzzi that our guests can use for free.

At Svolvær square, on the quayside, you will find Nordis Restaurant. A stylish but informal restaurant with large outdoor seating. Open every day from 10.00, with fresh baked goods, cakes and sandwiches. A large lunch menu from 11.00 – 15.00. Main menu from 3 p.m. Among many other things, try the specialty grilled stockfish, spoil yourself with classic Italian pizza, tapas, pasta, salads or burgers. The restaurant also offers several vegetarian/vegan dishes.
